Wikis are the most popular collaborative tool for sharing general lab information. But they don’t allow you to add structure to your data and so experimental data is still being recorded in paper lab notebooks. eCAT is a next generation collaborative tool. Watch this video to learn how labs are using eCAT to record and share alltheir data, including experimental data, in a single, integrated online environment.

eCAT lets you keep some records private and share others with those who need to see them, like your PI. It’s incredibly easy to use and at the same time helps you to get organized – no more scrabbling around for random spreadsheets, image files and word documents. The perfect way to move from paper to an integrated electronic system. Watch this video and learn how.
