Rory moderated the FASEB DataWorks! September Salon, a space for conversation and exchange of ideas for the biological and biomedical research communities regarding practises for data sharing and reuse.
This salon was focused on ELNs, connectivity and integration in scientific research, and how to get started with digitizing your lab. The speakers included Naim Matasci, Director of Bioinformatics and Computational Biology, Ellison Institute for Transformative Medicine, and Wyatt Yue, Associate Professor, Department of Structural Biology, University of Oxford. Rory also presented RSpace and how ELNs are evolving into an essential component of research data management.
